I am a psychologist whose passion is to help people develop the personal strengths and skills needed to overcome problem areas and for living an enriching, content life. I am especially interested in improving relationships with couples and families. Having lived and worked in various parts of the United States and by receiving training from a wide variety of treatment modalities, I am able to look at your life as a whole and understand the complex layers of social, cultural, and belief systems that are a part of what makes you unique and that provides strengths when it comes to making changes.

I also currently provide leadership nationally for psychologists in private practice and will serve as President of the Independent Practice Division of the American Psychological Association in 2009.
