Self-Care

Women have a tendency to put others’ needs first before noticing persnal needs. Sometimes one may find herself exhausted, drained, and sometimes physically sick before realizing that the self has been neglected. Self-care is not pampering or indulgent activities. Self-care includes a DAILY focus on exercise, nutrition, relaxing, emotional re-fueling and quality time spent in meaningful relationships.
